How well a Manager can behave

Hi Guys, Enough is heard and read and faced on a daily basis at our office. Right Guys But what still goes wrong we keep on guessing?!&? Well its our Manager's and immediate Supervisors who play a silent role here. I will start here giving one self example out of many out though. Over last 12 years and more working into Sales profile, i had pretty great Managers. Wait. I meant great doesn't mean awesome. They were terribly tough and yet gave me that kick daily to cross my limits and prove things This is something a great skill i always search in a Manager. Do your Manager do same. If Yes then what extra mile they go to improve you daily? Do you start criticizing or gets motivated? May be you will have a great platform here and i will be thankful to recieve your posts and create a nice platform for many out their to relate and find it relevant. I am waiting for your posts..
